Yes! I currently teach weekly classes at Equinox Sports Clubs in Irvine, Newport Beach, and Huntington Beach, as well as select local yoga studios in Orange County. Are you available for private sessions or corporate wellness classes?

Absolutely. I offer personalized private instruction for individuals and small groups, as well as corporate wellness classes for companies looking to support employee well-being. Do you host and lead yoga retreats?

Yes! I host transformative yoga retreats that combine mindful movement, adventure, and community. Our most recent retreat took place in Costa Rica in 2023 with a beautiful group of 23 yogis. Future destinations I’m exploring include Italy, Portugal, Thailand, Bali, Sedona, and Mexico.

Do you offer online classes?

Yes. You can access a growing library of on-demand yoga classes, typically 60+ minutes each, ranging from beginner-friendly to advanced practices. These are available through my Patreon platform for just $19 per month.

Do you offer 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training?

At the moment, I do not offer a 200-hour training program. However, as interest grows, I’m considering developing a comprehensive training in the future. If this is something you'd like to join, please let me know — your feedback truly helps guide what I offer next.

What styles of yoga do you teach?

I teach a blend of Vinyasa (with an Ashtanga foundation), functional mobility, strength-based movement, and Restorative/Yin Yoga, all rooted in traditional Hatha Yoga. My approach supports long-term mobility, joint health, balance, and overall well-being.

Do you offer equipment or mats for private or corporate sessions?

Yes. For private clients, I can provide mats and props upon request. For corporate sessions, equipment needs can be arranged depending on your workspace and group size.
