Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with OC YOGI. We take pride in the quality of our apparel and accessories. Because our products are produced on demand, we want to be transparent about what we can and cannot accept. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

Made-to-order products

All OC YOGI products are printed on demand and produced only after an order is placed. Because each item is custom-created for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for items ordered in the wrong size, wrong color, or because you changed your mind. Please review product descriptions, sizing charts, and images carefully before you purchase.

If your item arrives damaged or defective

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or has a manufacturing defect, we will gladly offer a free replacement (reprint) or a full refund, subject to the requirements below.

To request a replacement or refund:

  1. Contact us at support@ocyogi.com within 30 days of delivery.

  2. Include your order number, the item name(s), and a short description of the issue.

  3. Attach clear photos showing the damage or defect. If multiple items produced from the same design are affected, please provide a single photo (or video) that shows all affected items together.

You do not need to return the damaged item unless we specifically instruct you to do so.

How refunds are issued

If a refund is approved, we will issue it to the original payment method used for the order whenever possible. Refund processing times depend on your payment provider and can vary. Please allow up to 7–14 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after we have approved it; in some cases it may take longer.

If a different refund method is required due to platform or payment limitations, we will notify you and explain the options.

Unsuccessful deliveries

If a package is returned as undeliverable (for example, wrong or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout), we can offer either:

  • A reprint and reshipment for an additional charge (you will be billed for the reshipment cost), or

  • A partial refund for the order (shipping fees may be deducted).

Please contact us right away at support@ocyogi.com so we can advise and proceed.

Wrong size or color / Change of mind

We are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for orders placed in the wrong size or color, or for customers who change their mind. To avoid sizing issues, please consult the product sizing chart and measurements shown on the product page before ordering. If you need help choosing a size, email us and we’ll help.

Print placement & production tolerances

Print-on-demand production can have small, normal variances. For direct-to-garment (DTG) printing, a standard tolerance of up to 0.5 inches (≈12 mm) in print placement is considered normal and is not a defect.

International orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees charged by their country. If an international order is returned to us due to non-payment of duties or refusal of delivery, we will follow our “Unsuccessful deliveries” policy above.

Fraud, misuse, and abuse

We reserve the right to refuse refunds or replacements if we suspect fraud, misuse, or abuse of our returns process.
