Shipping Policy — OC YOGI

Thank you for shopping with OC YOGI. We use print-on-demand providers to produce and ship each item after an order is placed. Below is important information about production, shipping, tracking, international orders, and how we handle delivery issues.

Production & Processing Time

  • All items are produced on demand after you place an order. Production (fulfillment) times vary by product, print provider, and time of year. In general, most orders are produced and shipped within 2–7 business days after order submission, though some partners and products may take longer. You can check the estimated ship-by date for each order in your order confirmation or account.

Shipping Options & Estimated Delivery Times

  • Our providers currently offer one shipping method – Standard

  • Typical delivery windows are:

    • Standard: typically 2–5 business days for many US providers.

    • Note: Exact shipping costs and available methods for a given product and destination appear at checkout. Shipping estimates include production time for some shipping services; others list production and transit separately.

Multiple Items & Separate Shipments

  • Items within a single order may be fulfilled by different print providers. This can result in multiple packages and tracking numbers that may arrive on different days. Please allow each shipment to arrive according to its tracking information.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information (when provided by the print provider). You can also view tracking and status in your order confirmation or account order page. If tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, contact us at support@ocyogi.com and we’ll help investigate with the provider.

Failed or Undeliverable Shipments

  • If an order is returned to the sender due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address provided at checkout, we can offer either:

    • A reprint and reshipment (additional shipping charge will apply), or

    • A partial refund (shipping fees may be deducted).
      Please contact support@ocyogi.com promptly if you receive a notification of attempted delivery or if your order is returned.

Lost or Significantly Delayed Orders

  • If your shipment does not arrive within the estimated window, contact us at support@ocyogi.com with your order number and tracking info; we will open an investigation with the print provider/carrier. If a provider confirms loss or delivery failure, we will follow the print provider’s policy for reprint or refund.

Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos showing the issue. Our partner providers typically offer a free reprint or refund when issues are reported in this timeframe; you do not usually need to return the damaged item unless specifically requested.

Production Delays & Provider Variability

  • Our providers work with a global network of print providers. Production time and availability can be affected by provider-specific issues, inventory, or seasonal demand; occasional delays may occur and can affect shipping estimates. If a provider delay affects your order, we will notify you with options.
